Flink is a leading on-demand grocery delivery startup operating across Europe. The client engaged us to enhance the scalability, performance, and usability of their mobile platform.

Client Challenge

The platform experienced heavy traffic spikes, causing order delays and system instability. The client needed a real-time system capable of processing thousands of concurrent orders with optimized logistics and route management.

Our Solution

We rebuilt the backend using Node.js and PostgreSQL for improved concurrency and optimized caching. The mobile app was refactored with Flutter to provide a consistent experience across iOS and Android. Real-time tracking and predictive delivery algorithms were integrated using Google Maps API and AWS infrastructure.
